It’s with much joy that we welcome you to the official website of the Quebec Victory Church (aka, Joel Spinks Ministries). Since our founding in September of 2008, we’ve pursued one specific vision: « To transform the spiritual climate of French speaking nations through the broadcasting of the faith message in Jesus Christ. » Today, our vision has expanded to also reaching the English world!

At Victory Church, our heart is to teach the uncompromised Word of God in a simple, clear and practical way. We also believe that it’s possible to marry the Word with the anointing of the Holy Spirit in every service. That being said, and although we’re very thankful for your virtual visit, we’d like to invite you to come on out and to experience Victory Church for yourself!
