About Us
Pastors Jean de Dieu and Rosine Fosso are from Cameroon.
Both of them met Jesus while attending college. From that point on, they committed themselves to serving the Lord Jesus in their local church in Cameroon. They have been married since 2008 and are the parents of five wonderful children.
They immigrated to Canada in 2010.
Four years after arriving in Canada, they started a new church in Quebec City.
In 2021, the Lord called them to join the Church of Victory through a word of knowledge. They then resigned from their former church in 2022 and became members of the Church of Victory. Still passionate about advancing the kingdom of God, they enthusiastically accepted God’s call in 2023 to become senior pastors of the Church of Victory in Quebec City. They are committed to bringing the message of faith to Quebec City and its surrounding areas.

THE VISION
To transform the spiritual climate of nations by spreading the message of faith in Jesus Christ through the media.
Objectives
To proclaim the message of faith in Jesus Christ through weekly gatherings, the media, and special events, in order to transform lives, cities, and nations.
