Since our founding in September 2008, our heart’s desire has been to teach the Word of God in a simple, lively, and practical way. We also cherish the moments when the “Victoire Musique” team invites us to experience God’s presence in a tangible way.”
It’s hard to describe the experience at Église de la Victoire, so we invite you to come and see for yourself! We’d love to meet you! Admission is always free, and visitors—including children of all ages—are always welcome!

a training course
The Joel Spinks Bible College offers biblical training to help you live a victorious life!
In 2016, following a word he received from the Lord—“Teach my people what integrity is”—Pastor Joël Spinks founded Integrity College, a school dedicated to training believers to serve God with faith, passion, and integrity.
Since its founding, more than 1,500 students have been trained, deepening their understanding of the fundamentals of the faith, their identity in Christ, and their relationship with God through teachings firmly grounded in the Word of God.
Today, this vision continues under a new name: the Joel Spinks Bible College, the official Bible school of the Église de la Victoire in Quebec (Canada), recognized by the Assemblées Chrétiennes pour l’Évangélisation et le Réveil (ACER), a member of the Fédération Protestante de France.
