To transform the spiritual climate of the Francophonie by spreading the message of faith in Jesus Christ in the media.

2020 Vision Expansion:

To transform the spiritual climate of nations by spreading the message of faith in Jesus Christ in the media.

OUR PURPOSES

Establish a church that equips and releases a spiritual army in the harvest. Through weekly meetings, media and special events, the message of faith in Jesus Christ will be proclaimed and will transform lives, cities and nations.

OUR PASTOR

Joël Spinks is the founding pastor of the Victoire du Québec Church, located in the Eastern Townships of Canada since 2008. He teaches the message of faith in Jesus Christ and that the Word of God is the truth.

He is the author of several books, “Understanding Divine Healing”, “The Victorious Disciple”, “Jesus Revealed: The Gospel of John Explained”, “Prophetic Light”, and “You are Richly Blessed”.
