• THE SCRIPTURES

We believe that the Old and New Testaments are the Spirit-inspired, complete, infallible Word and the supreme authority in matters of faith and practice. We believe the Bible was written and structured entirely free from error. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

  • GOD

We believe in one God, existing eternally in three equal persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

  • THE CREATION AND FALL OF MAN

We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but because of the fall of Adam, man was separated from God, acquired the sinful nature and received the sentence of the death. (Genesis 1:25-27; Romans 3:22-23; Romans 5:12-21; Ephesians 2:1-3, 12)

  • THE PERSON AND WORK OF JESUS CHRIST

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Eternal Son of God, became man, ever remaining God and without sin. We believe in his miraculous conception, by the Holy Spirit, and that he came to reveal God to mankind in order to redeem sinful man. We believe that Jesus Christ performed miracles, our redemption through his atoning death, being our perfect substitute. We believe that our redemption has become certain through his bodily resurrection. We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ grants us physical healing in answer to the prayer of faith. (John 1:1-2; Luke 1:35; Romans 3:24-25; 1 Peter 1:3-5; Isaiah 53:5)

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is now in heaven, exalted at the right hand of God, ministering as high priest, agent of baptism in the Holy Spirit, representative, intercessor, and advocate. (Hebrews 9:24; Hebrews 7:25; Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1-2; Luke 3:16)

We believe in the premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and his reign on earth. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Zechariah 14:4-11; Revelation 20:6)

  • THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, is God. We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment, regenerates, sanctifies, enlightens and comforts believers in Jesus Christ. (John 16:7-14; Titus 3:5; Romans 8:9, 14-15, 26-27; 1 Corinthians 2:12; John 14:16)

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers in Jesus Christ, baptizes them into the body of Christ, and seals them until the day of redemption. We believe that every believer is commanded to be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Romans 12:2; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Ephesians 1:13-14, 5:18-20)

We believe that we lack « no gift » (1 Corinthians 1:7) of the Holy Spirit as described in 1 Corinthians 12 (gift of the word of wisdom, gift of the word of knowledge, gift of faith, gift of healings, gift of working miracles, gift of prophecy, gift of discerning of spirits, gift of diversity of tongues, gift of interpretation of tongues) in expectation of the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ .

  • THE SALVATION

We believe that salvation is the gift of God offered to man by grace and received by personal faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that faith is manifested in works that please God. (Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 2:11-14)

We believe that the authentic Christian is sealed with the Holy Spirit and belongs to God. We believe that the Christian endures to the end and that his security does not give him license to live in sin. (Matthew 10:22; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:1-2; John 10:28; 1 Corinthians 1:8; Philippians 1:6; 2 Timothy 1:12)

We believe that the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit equips the believer to live a holy life.

  • THE CHURCH

We believe that the Church is a spiritual organism composed of all persons who have received the new birth in the present age. (Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:25-27; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14)

  • THE END STATE

We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost, the righteous to eternal life and the unjust to eternal punishment. (Mark 9:43-48; Revelation 20:15, 22:3-5, 11)

  • THE NATIONS

We believe that the Christian is called to bring the good news to the nations and to reach out to them in order to make disciples of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 1:8)
